Ayurveda has long recognized that the heat and inflammation that summer builds is best removed in the Fall before winter sets in. If it is not released before winter arrives, the heat becomes trapped beneath the cold, setting the stage for illness, sluggish digestion, and low energy and mood through the winter months.
A Fall Reset of the digestion and daily rhythms is how we release the heat.
For 40 Days, in community and with Kerry’s support, we will move through a rejuvenative Ayurvedic Fall cleanse. You will gradually shift toward simple anti-inflammatory foods, move through the main four-day kitchari cleanse at the heart of the program (spiced rice and lentil stew), and emerge with daily Ayurvedic self-care practices to maintain balance through the winter.
What is included in the 40 Day program:
6 Wednesday evening sessions that include Ayurvedic topics, cleanse prep, and a short Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy Class
Begin to recognize your imbalances and how to balance them
Sessions meet online and are recorded if you can't make it live
