IF THIS SOUNDS FAMILIAR:
You love your practice, but you want to understand it on a deeper level. Not just the poses, but the why behind them.
You've thought about teaching, but you're not sure you're "ready." (You don't have to be.)
You want to learn how to support real people in real bodies. Not idealized versions of what yoga should look like.
You're looking for structure that still leaves room for you to find your own voice.
And you want to learn alongside others who care about this work the way you do.
You're in the right place.
