Trauma Informed Teaching and Nervous System Support
Understand how to create spaces that feel safe, supportive, and responsive to a wide range of experiences.

Adaptable Sequencing and Theming
Build classes that are intentional, accessible, and meaningful for real people.

Confidence and Voice as a Teacher
Practice speaking, cueing, and leading so you feel grounded and clear when you teach.

Philosophy and Personal Development
Explore the deeper layers of yoga and how they apply to your life, relationships, and work.

Embodied Practice
Integrate what you learn through consistent practice so you are not just learning concepts, but living them.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE LOOKING FOR:

To understand their practice in a way that actually carries into daily life and modern day demands.

To feel more confident speaking, guiding, and holding space as a teacher.

To learn how to support real people with real bodies, not idealized versions of what yoga “should” look like.

A sense of connection, belonging, and learning alongside others who are on a similar path.

A way to balance structure and adaptability, so teaching feels both grounded and responsive.

ALIGN was created with this in mind.
