This is based on ancient frequencies from the Middle Eastern and East Indian mystics through sound bowls, harmonic chants and guided movement to bring alignment of your body, mind and spirit. There will be three slow movement sections each followed by a five minute holding pose. The poses are all basic, simple and slow. During each holding pose, you’ll be directed in the mind / spirit focus area. There might be “scroll readings” of the song that is playing over your spirit which will be shared at the end of the workshop.
