We will start with a heart expanding gentle yoga flow, set clear intentions for the season ahead, & close with mind clutter clearing crystal singing bowls. This practice will set you up for inspiration & creative play as we create our flower crowns & infuse our heartfelt intentions into the season ahead.

You will be guided to create your own Flower crown from fresh & dried foliage while also learning the spiritual meanings of these gifts from the earth.
