Join us for a progressive 6 week series of mindful gentle movement, yin yoga, breathwork, bhakti, and meditation. Learn to go deep within, through the internal arts.
Join us for the entire 6 weeks, or drop in on any of the sessions. This series is great for those interested in starting their meditation practice, and for the more advanced practitioner looking for a group to sit with.
Saturdays, February 26th - April 2nd:10:30am-11am
instruction, followed by a 90min practice 11-12:30pm.
Week 1: intro to meditation, vin/yin + meditation
Week 2: breathwork/pranayama + yin yoga
Week 3: breathwork/pranayama + moving meditation/vinyasa
Week 4: meditation + the internal arts
Week 5: meditation + bhakti/devotion
Week 6: stillness + meditation
