Yin is getting deep into your connective tissues of your body to help release deep within your body. We typically hold yin postures fro 3-5 minutes and we don't move around too much. Yin is a great way to deeply stretch whether you are searching for more depth or a way to release your body. Enjoy 90 minutes of this amazing practice.
