This will be a fun filled morning, with Hiking, Meditation and Restorative Yoga. Restorative yoga is just that, we are allowing our bodies to restore and come into the para sympathetic system which is so helpful for our rest and digest. Bring good shoes, layers of clothing and water. We will have all the yoga props available once we are up to the the mountain. Let's bath in Nature!
