Compassionate Connections: Grief Circle Workshop

Join Facilitators: Jenelle Landgraf (she/her), MSW, LICSW and Danelle Paulick (she/her), MSM, LM, LMT for an intimate workshop on grief.

Grief is a natural human response to loss. This workshop provides dedicated time and space to support you on your personal grief journey. The Grief Circle offers a nurturing environment for communal and individual grief processing, whether you're experiencing grief related to the death of a loved one, loss of a relationship, a diagnosis, or any major life transition. Together, we will acknowledge and honor the profound role grief plays in the human experience.

Workshop Highlights:

● Guided Visualizations: Calming and reflective exercises to connect with your inner self.

● Craniosacral Therapy: Introduction to gentle bodywork techniques that relieve stress

and support the body’s natural healing process.

● Grief Ritual: A meaningful communal ceremony to honor each loss.

Agenda At-A-Glance:

● 11:00 AM - 11:15 AM: Warm welcome, overview of the workshop, and setting intentions.

● 11:15 AM - 11:30 AM: Individual Inventory of Losses Reflective Exercise.

● 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Guided Visualization Supported by Craniosacral Therapy.

● 12:00 PM - 12:15 PM: Break

● 12:15 PM - 1:00 PM: Expressive Arts Activity Using Clay.

● 1:00 PM - 1:30 PM: Story Circle: Participants are invited to share meaningful ways

others have supported them in their grief journey and/or express how they would like to

be supported moving forward.

● 1:30 PM - 1:45 PM: Break

● 1:45 PM - 2:15 PM: Craniosacral Therapy and Embodied Mindfulness.

● 2:15 PM - 2:45 PM: Practical Tools and Resources for Integrating Grief.

● 2:45 PM - 3:00 PM: Grief Ritual Communal Ceremony and Closing.
