Magnificent Menopause Workshop

Join Heidi Bard to experience how yoga can benefit women as they transition through perimenopause to menopause. Yoga helps to manage the physical and psychological symptoms of the menopausal years and improves long-term physical and mental health. In the safe space of this workshop, we will come together to explore ways to embrace the menopause experience as a time of growth and renewal.

After an introduction to the hormone changes in menopause, we will flow through a vinyasa sequence and end with restorative poses. Through this practice, our bodies and minds will feel stronger, wiser, rested and prepared for our powerful transition.
