There's so much to Yin & what we are allowing our body to do. But this isn't just a practice for the body. There are so many benefits to this practice, including creation of space, awareness and relaxation. Learn about slowing down and really dive deep into the body, mind and spirit. We will have at least one hour for open discussion around yin and then over an hour to practice what we have learned. So good. I can't wait! Please bring your own mat, and yoga props if wanted.
